Country
The country an invoice is billed to, as Chinook spells it ("USA", "Czech Republic"). Use this one when a question asks which countries buy or spend: it is recorded on the sale itself, and it is the column the saved per-capita query groups by. In this data it equals the customer's country on every invoice, but it would stay right if a customer moved. Chinook's spellings are matched to countries by the labels and aliases of the universal country concept ("USA" is an alias of United States).
