Foreign exchange reference quote
An indicative reference observation relating two currencies in an explicit direction, for a stated reference date and under a provider's methodology. It is not a transaction execution rate, tradable bid or ask, live tick, daily average or closing price. The same date and currency pair may be republished; those fields alone do not identify an immutable observation.
