ECB daily reference quote
One quote currency on one returned reference date under ECB methodology, directed as quote-currency units per one EUR. The pair (time, currency) is unique within one response, not an immutable cross-read identity or supported point-read key. The adapter's currency locator is scoped to that transient response. Publication may be amended; a read observation identity distinguishes consumed responses. Registration admits no execution.
