ECB indicative reference rate
Native positive decimal lexical string of quote-currency units per one EUR, with every supplied digit and trailing zero preserved. No binary float, fixed scale, reciprocal, cross-rate, conversion, daily average, closing or transaction-price equivalence. Exact-decimal transformations need separate admission and rounding/notice evidence. ECB rates are for information; the ECB discourages transaction use.
