Mean time to acknowledge
The arithmetic mean, over alerts in a stated window, of the time from when an alert is raised until a person acknowledges it. Acknowledgement means someone accepts the alert. It is not restoration and not resolution of an incident. This mean is not mean time to restore, and it is not one of DORA's software delivery metrics.
